Let our compliance team do the chasing and checking — we review documents, references and employment verifications as they arrive and chase anyone who goes quiet, so screening files are ready for you to clear people to start. £2 per staff member per month.
Prices include VAT. Paid monthly by card, or annually by invoice. Security professionals never pay. Ask about pricing.
Pricing questions
What counts as an interview?
One applicant completing an AI screening interview. Applicants who never start don't count.
What if we have a busy month?
If you need more interviews, staff records or logins, move up a plan from Billing in the app — upgrades take effect straight away.
What do the staff limits mean?
The number of current staff you can hold records for: up to 50 on Essentials, 150 on Growth, and unlimited on Group. People who leave don't count.
Is screening included on every plan?
Yes. Identity, right to work, five-year history, references, basic DBS, financial check, SIA licence checks, screening files and the audit trail come with every plan.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices shown are what you pay — VAT is already included, so there's nothing extra to add, whether or not you can reclaim VAT.
Are DBS, credit check or SIA licence fees included?
No. DBS application fees are set by the Disclosure and Barring Service and paid through your DBS provider. Credit reference agency charges and SIA licence fees are paid separately too.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. You keep access to everything you've added; new interviews and applications pause until you choose a plan.
Can we change plan later?
Yes — move up or down as your recruitment changes.
